Kim Potter
As Director of Policy and Engagement in the Office of University Compliance and Integrity, Kim Potter leads Ohio State’s centralized university policy process and advances proactive efforts to promote a culture of integrity across the university.
Prior to coming to Ohio State, Kim practiced employment law in the Atlanta and Columbus offices of Jones Day, where she represented employers in individual and class litigation involving discrimination, wage and hour, and other issues. She also worked as a public high school teacher for several years, as well as clerked for the Honorable Anne Aldrich in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Kim earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio State, her Juris Doctor from Duke Law School, and her Master of Education from Ohio State.
